Return Policy
The experience of the A&A Vesa company, gained over 30 years of activity and thousands of products sold to customers in Romania and abroad, is reflected in the high-standard quality of both the delivery services and the products offered.
However, you, as a consumer, benefit from a period of 14 days from the moment of receiving the product to establish the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the product, just as you would if you purchased a product from a physical store. If you are not satisfied with the product, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without having to justify the withdrawal decision. Thus, you can exercise your right of withdrawal through a clear statement to this effect, via the online return form or by e-mail, sent within a maximum of 14 days from the date you came into possession of the product.
Following the notification of the withdrawal statement, you will contact a courier company to send the returned product. For efficient processing of the return, we recommend completing the return form received in the package.
You must return the product (together with all accessories, as applicable) within no more than 14 days from the date you communicated the decision to withdraw from the contract. The cost of shipping the returned product will be charged, as the seller does not undertake to bear this cost. Return expenses will be borne by the person who purchased the product, in whose name the fiscal invoice is issued.
We will refund all amounts received as payment from you, as a consumer (including, where applicable, the cost of transport/delivery of the product), within a maximum of 14 days from the date you informed us of the withdrawal decision, after entering into possession of the returned product and verifying its condition. The refund may be delayed until the returned product is received or until the consumer provides proof of its shipment. For orders paid by card online, the amount will be returned by refunding the account from which the payment was made, and for orders paid by PO/cash on delivery, the amount will be returned via bank transfer.
If the product is in the same condition in which you purchased it, we will refund the amounts using the same payment methods as those used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have agreed to another payment method and provided that the refund does not involve fees. If you request several products through a single order that will be delivered separately, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days, which will be calculated from the receipt of the last delivered product.
Consumer Liability for Improper Use of Goods
During the 14 days, as a consumer, you are responsible for the handling of the goods received. Products must be returned in a state that reflects the handling necessary to verify their nature, characteristics, and functioning, similar to how they could be examined in a physical store, as well as in the original, undamaged packaging.
You have the opportunity to try on the product to check its size and characteristics, but the actual use of the product is not permitted if you intend to return it.
You have the opportunity to open the packaging to have access to its contents if similar goods are usually displayed unpackaged in stores or showrooms. In this sense, damage to the packaging solely by its simple opening does not represent a reason for diminishing the value of the product. Therefore, during the withdrawal period, you must handle the opening of the goods' packaging with the necessary care, without damaging it. Returning products without the original packaging or with abnormal degradation of the packaging, as well as with the protective films applied to the item removed (where applicable), can be considered a degradation of the goods.
During the 14-day withdrawal period, to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, you should handle them with care and inspect them in the same way you would be allowed to do in a store or showroom. For example, you have the opportunity to check the integrity of the products, labels, and packaging, but the actual use of the product for the purpose for which it was designed is not permitted, beyond the verification necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning. You are allowed to try on the product but not to use it if you wish to return it.
Exclusion of the Right of Return for Consumers for Personalized Products
The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to products made according to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized. Thus, the following cannot be returned (non-exhaustive list):
products personalized by engraving, marking, printing, or other methods of individualization;
custom-made products with dimensions, colors, materials, or other characteristics chosen by the customer;
mass-produced goods, but modified at the express request of the customer.
