A&A Vesa's experience, gained over nearly 20 years of activity and thousands of products sold to customers in Romania and abroad, is reflected in the high-quality standards of both the delivery services and the products offered.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the product, it can be returned within 14 calendar days from the moment it was delivered by the courier. Our company accepts the return of any unused product within this period, whether you are an individual or a legal entity. If the consumer (the Buyer) opts to purchase clearly personalized products, made according to the specifications indicated by the consumer (the Buyer), and the products have been altered at the request of the Buyer, the Buyer acknowledges that such products cannot be returned or replaced, as they are exempt from the right of return. Products can be returned by filling out the return form, which makes it easier to identify your order, but this is not mandatory. When returning a product, you can choose to exchange it for another product, or you can receive a refund for the product's value. The shipping fee will not be refunded. The cost of exchanging or returning the product will be borne by the customer. When opting for a return, the amount will be refunded via bank transfer within 30 calendar days.
When returning, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, without stains or tears. It must be accompanied by the fiscal invoice, the original label, intact, and in the original packaging.
