Warranty and Product Maintenance
General Warranty Conditions
A&A Vesa SRL, as the seller, ensures and is responsible for the quality of the purchased products.
In the case of non-compliance with the purchased product, A&A Vesa SRL is obliged to provide a warranty for two years, in accordance with Law No. 449/2003 and Government Ordinance No. 21/1992 with subsequent amendments and completions. The lack of product compliance gives the consumer the right to request the seller to repair the product within 15 days of its return to the store. If repair is not possible, the product may be replaced or its value refunded.
If, within 6 months of acquiring the product, it is found to be non-compliant, it is presumed that this non-compliance existed at the time of purchase. After the 6-month period, the buyer is required to prove the potential lack of conformity.
The seller provides a commercial warranty of 14 days from the date of purchase, during which period our company accepts the return of any unused product. Used products or those showing signs of use cannot be returned!
Do not cut the product’s internal label! The absence of this internal label automatically voids the commercial warranty! Under normal usage conditions, this product is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 2 years from the date of purchase.
To avail of the warranty, the following instructions must be adhered to.
The composition and cleaning instructions are found on the internal label of the product. These are specific to your product and must be consulted.
Usage and Maintenance Instructions
The product should be cleaned at specialized leather and fur cleaning centers. Do not dry the product by exposing it to heat sources (electric radiators, stoves, etc.)! Drying should always be done at room temperature. Rain stains remain visible even after the water evaporates but can be removed by gently rubbing with a soft, dry sponge.
Direct application of makeup, oils, alcohol, perfume, or chemicals on the product is prohibited.
For dark-colored products, there is a risk of color transfer; it is recommended to wear with dark clothing. This is not a manufacturing defect and therefore does not constitute grounds for complaint.
Protect your product from objects that can cause scratches, burns, punctures, extreme movement conditions, or any physical action that might damage it. Excessive use of shoulder straps or seat belts can lead to wear. Unzip the coat/vest when sitting to prevent wear.
The warranty becomes void and our company cannot be held responsible for any damage or discoloration that may occur due to cleaning processes, storage in humid conditions, exposure to sunlight or other strong heat sources, repairs or modifications made by unauthorized persons, or improper use beyond the product’s intended purpose.
Storage Method
Store the product in a closet, protected from light and heat.
During the summer, it can be covered with a bag made of natural fibers (e.g., cotton) to allow it to breathe. Do not cover with plastic wrap. Your product needs air circulation.
Use a plastic hanger with rounded ends.
