Product Warranty and Care
General Warranty Terms and Conditions
A&A Vesa SRL, acting as the seller, guarantees and is responsible for the quality of the products purchased.
The legal guarantee of conformity is provided for a period of 24 months from the date of delivery for individual consumers. For legal entities, the warranty is provided in accordance with Articles 1707–1718 of the Civil Code and is valid for 6 months.
A&A Vesa SRL has the legal and technical authority to assess the defects or non-conformities reported by you and to decide which corrective measures are applicable in order to fulfil its warranty obligations, in accordance with the law.
Where a non-conformity occurs within the first 30 days following the purchase and is confirmed by our company, the product will be replaced directly, without first being repaired.
If you request warranty service more than 30 days after the purchase date, and provided that the defects or non-conformities reported by you are confirmed by our company, you are legally entitled to the following corrective measures:
• restoration of conformity through repair or replacement, where the product cannot be repaired;
• a proportional reduction in the price, where the non-conformity is minor or where repair or replacement is not possible;
• termination of the contract and reimbursement of the purchase price, where repair or replacement cannot be carried out.
The product will be restored to conformity through repair or replacement within a maximum period of 15 calendar days from the date on which the product subject to the complaint comes into our company’s possession.
You must send the product to us by courier, using the inspection upon delivery option so that the condition and integrity of the product can be checked in the presence of the seller, or you may bring the product to one of our stores and hand it over for diagnosis and assessment of the reported issues, in order to determine whether the product is eligible for warranty coverage. Transportation, inspection and diagnostic costs are free of charge for you. Where the non-conformity is confirmed and remedied through repair, the warranty period will be extended by one additional year beyond the original warranty period. Where the non-conformity is remedied through replacement, a new two-year warranty period will apply to the replacement product.
For further details, please consult the warranty certificate that will be provided together with the product.
To preserve the characteristics, functionality and performance of fur and leather products and to extend their service life, it is recommended that their use or wear be alternated and that all care instructions be followed. The durability of a product is influenced by the intensity and frequency of use, the number of cleaning cycles and compliance with the applicable care instructions.
Compliance with the care instructions is required in order to benefit from the warranty. The product composition and cleaning instruction symbols can be found on the label located inside the product. These instructions are specific to your product and must be consulted and followed.
The product must be cleaned only by professional cleaning centres specialising in leather and fur garments.
Instructions for Use and Care

Garments must be used and maintained in accordance with the instructions provided and the care symbols displayed on the product label, including instructions concerning washing, bleaching, drying, ironing and professional cleaning. An additional “X” symbol placed over any care symbol indicates that the treatment represented by that symbol must not be applied and is prohibited.
Products made of natural leather and fur must be cleaned only by professional cleaning centres specialising in leather and fur garments. Do not remove the label containing the care symbols, as doing so may prevent you from accessing the information required for the proper maintenance of the product and may result in the loss of your warranty rights. The product should be used under normal conditions and in accordance with its intended purpose, while avoiding excessive mechanical stress. Avoid contact with water, moisture, chemicals, perfumes and direct sources of heat. Store the product in a clean, dry and well-ventilated area without compressing or deforming it. Over time, the product may develop normal changes in appearance that are characteristic of the materials used and of normal wear.
Recommendations for the Use and Care of Fur and Leather Products
To maintain the quality and durability of the product, follow the cleaning and care instructions indicated on the product label, including the use of temperatures and cleaning agents appropriate for the material.
The product should be dried exclusively under natural conditions and at room temperature. Avoid drying it at high temperatures or exposing it directly to intense heat sources such as electric heaters, cookers or other heating appliances.
To prevent damage to the material or dyes, avoid contact with chemicals, cosmetics, perfumes or other substances that may affect natural materials.
Avoid contact between the product and hard objects or surfaces that may cause mechanical damage, including the pulling out of fur fibres, cuts, snagging, friction or abrasion, particularly in areas where the product comes into contact with seat belts, shoulder straps or other accessories.
To maintain the integrity of the material, all cleaning and care operations must be performed properly so that they do not affect the structure of the leather or the integrity of the fur fibres.
The product must be stored in a clean, dry and well-ventilated area, protected from high humidity, excessive temperatures and prolonged exposure to direct heat or sunlight.
Cleaning and drying instructions must be followed in order to avoid dimensional changes to the product beyond the limits accepted for the type of material from which it is manufactured, approximately up to 3%.
The product must be used under normal conditions and in accordance with its intended purpose, while avoiding situations that may cause excessive mechanical stress to the material, leather or fur.
Avoid using the product under conditions that are incompatible with the nature of the material, including exposure to rain, snow or other weather conditions that may affect natural materials.
To prevent damage to the product, avoid unauthorised interventions such as repairs, alterations or maintenance operations carried out by unauthorised persons.
To facilitate the processing of any warranty claim, you should retain the documents proving the purchase of the product.
For products made of natural fur, characteristic changes resulting from normal use may occur over time, including flattening or slight tangling of the fur fibres in areas subject to friction, such as the collar, cuffs and side areas; isolated loss of fur fibres; reduction in the volume or fluffy appearance of the fur; slight changes in the natural shine of the fur; or minor deformation in areas subject to pressure, including areas that come into contact with handbags, straps or seats, or as a result of sitting on the product.
Rain marks may remain visible even after the water has evaporated, but they may be removed by gently rubbing the affected area with a soft, dry sponge.
Dark-coloured products may transfer colour. It is therefore recommended that they be worn together with dark-coloured clothing. Colour transfer of this nature is not considered a manufacturing defect and does not constitute grounds for a warranty claim.
Packaging Requirements When Sending Products for Warranty Service
Packaging suitable for the size and weight of the product being transported must always be used. To prevent damage during transportation, the fur product must first be placed inside a fabric garment bag or wrapped in a breathable material before being placed inside a rigid cardboard box.
Excessive compression of the product inside the packaging must be avoided, as pressure may deform the fur fibres or affect the structure of the natural leather. The product must be transported in clean and dry packaging and must be protected from moisture and contact with substances that may damage the material.
For additional protection, it is recommended that a layer of paper or soft fabric be placed inside the packaging to protect the fur against friction during transportation.
The product should not be stored for long periods in airtight plastic bags, as the lack of air circulation may affect the natural material. Before shipment, the product must be clean and completely dry in order to prevent deterioration of the material during transportation.
