Warranty and Product Maintenance

The Commercial Company A&A Vesa SRL, as the seller, ensures and is liable for the quality of the purchased products.

The conformity warranty is granted for a period of 24 months from the moment of delivery (for natural persons).

 In the case of legal entities, the warranty is granted according to art. 1707-1718 of the Civil Code and is for 6 months.

A&A Vesa SRL holds the technical-legal right and competence to perform the findings of the deficiencies/non-conformities claimed by you, as well as to decide on the steps regarding the corrective measures that are applicable to ensure the warranty, under legal conditions.

In the event that a non-conformity appears in the first 30 days from purchase and is confirmed by our company, we will directly arrange for the replacement of the product, without it being repaired.

The corrective measures, to which you have the legal right if you request the granting of the warranty after 30 days from purchase (provided that our company confirms the deficiencies/non-conformities claimed by you), are the following:

• bringing into conformity by repair or by replacement (if the good cannot be repaired),

• proportional reduction of the price (if the non-conformity is minor or if it cannot be repaired/replaced),

• termination of the contract and return of the value (if repair or replacement cannot be performed).

Bringing into conformity by repair or replacement is carried out within a maximum term of 15 calendar days from the moment the claimed good enters the possession of our company. You must send us the good by courier (with the "open on delivery" option to perform the finding of the good's integrity in the presence of the seller) or present yourself at one of our stores and hand it over, for the performance of the diagnosis and expertise of the claimed aspects and to determine whether or not the good is subject to the granting of the warranty.

Transport, finding, and diagnosis costs are free of charge for you. In the event that the non-conformity is confirmed and is remedied by repair, the warranty is extended by 1 year in addition to the initial term. In the event that the non-conformity is remedied by replacement, a new warranty term of 2 years will be granted for the replaced good.

To maintain the characteristics, function, and performance as well as to prolong the duration of use of fur/leather products, it is recommended to alternate their wearing/use and to follow the maintenance instructions.

The durability of an item is influenced by the intensity and frequency of use, the number of cleaning cycles, as well as compliance with maintenance conditions.

To grant the warranty, it is necessary to follow the maintenance instructions.

The composition and pictograms with cleaning instructions are found on the inner label of the product. These are specific to your product and it is mandatory to consult them. The product is cleaned in specialized centers for cleaning leather and fur clothes.

Instructions for Use and Maintenance

Clothing items must be used and maintained according to the provided instructions and the maintenance pictograms applied to the product label (washing, bleaching, drying, ironing, professional cleaning, etc.). The additional application of the X symbol, placed on one of these pictograms, indicates that the treatment represented by that symbol must not be applied (it is prohibited).

Natural leather and fur products are cleaned only in specialized centers for cleaning leather and fur clothes. Do not tear off the label marked with maintenance symbols, as you may lose access to the information necessary for the proper maintenance of the product and thus the right to the warranty. It is recommended to use the products under normal conditions, according to their intended purposes, avoiding excessive mechanical stresses. Avoid contact with water, humidity, chemical substances, perfumes, or direct heat sources. Store in clean, dry, and well-ventilated spaces, without compressing or deforming them. It is possible that, over time, the product may show normal changes in appearance, specific to the materials and use.

Recommendations for the Use and Maintenance of Fur and Leather Items

To maintain the quality and durability of the product, it is recommended to follow the cleaning and maintenance instructions indicated on the product label, including the use of temperatures and cleaning agents appropriate for the material.

It is recommended to dry the product exclusively in natural conditions, at room temperature, avoiding drying at high temperatures or direct exposure to intense heat sources, such as electric radiators, stoves, or other heating devices.

To prevent damage to the material or dyes, it is recommended to avoid contact of the product with chemical substances, cosmetic products, perfumes, or other substances that may affect natural materials.

It is recommended to avoid contact of the product with hard objects or surfaces that can produce mechanical damage, such as pulling out fur fibers, cuts, snags, friction, or abrasions, including in areas where the product comes into contact with seat belts, shoulder straps, or other accessories.

To maintain the integrity of the material, it is recommended that cleaning and maintenance operations be carried out appropriately, so as not to affect the structure of the leather or the integrity of the fur fibers.

The product must be stored in clean, dry, and well-ventilated spaces, protected from high humidity, excessive temperatures, or prolonged exposure to direct heat or sunlight sources.

It is recommended to follow the cleaning and drying instructions to avoid dimensional changes of the product, within the limits accepted for the type of material from which it is made (approximately up to 3%).

The product must be used under normal conditions and according to its intended purpose, avoiding situations that can produce excessive mechanical stresses on the material, leather, or fur.

It is recommended to avoid using the product in conditions incompatible with the nature of the material, including exposure to rain, snow, or other weather conditions that may affect natural materials.

To prevent damage to the product, it is recommended to avoid unauthorized interventions on it, such as repairs, modifications, or maintenance operations carried out by unauthorized persons.

To resolve any potential warranty requests, it is recommended to keep the documents certifying the purchase of the product.

It is important to keep in mind that, in the case of natural fur items, changes characteristic of normal use may appear over time, such as flattening or slight tangling of the fur fibers in areas subject to friction (collar, cuffs, side areas), isolated losses of fur fibers, reduction in volume or the fluffy appearance of the fur, slight changes in the natural gloss of the fur, or minor deformations in areas subject to pressure, including areas that come into contact with bags, belts, or seats or as a result of sitting on a chair.

Rain spots remain visible even after the water has evaporated, but they can be eliminated by simple rubbing with a soft and dry sponge.

For dark-colored products, there is a risk of color transfer; it is recommended to wear them with dark-colored clothing; this does not represent a manufacturing defect and therefore does not constitute a reason for complaint.

Packaging Method in Case of Sending Products for Granting the Warranty Packaging of dimensions adapted to the size and weight of the transported products shall always be used. To avoid damaging the product during transport, the fur item must be packed in a textile cover or in a material that allows ventilation, before being inserted into a rigid cardboard box. It is recommended to avoid excessive compression of the product in the packaging, as pressure can deform the fur fibers or affect the structure of the natural leather.

The product must be transported in clean and dry packaging, protected from moisture and contact with substances that can damage the material.

For additional protection, it is recommended to use an inner layer of paper or soft textile material to protect the fur against friction during transport.

It is not recommended to pack the product in airtight plastic bags for long periods, as the lack of air circulation can affect the natural material.

Before shipping, the product must be clean and completely dry to prevent damage to the material during transport.
